I am the proud owner of a sanctuary space in Philadelphia, where I offer somatic therapy and sauna experiences designed to nurture and support my community’s well-being. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing comes from a holistic approach, integrating body, mind, and spirit.

As the seasons shift into fall, winter, and spring, I am filled with excitement about the prospect of traveling, connecting with like-minded individuals, and collaborating on inspiring projects. My journey is guided by a deep interest in holistic healing modalities, and I have extensive experience in customer service and hospitality management. These skills allow me to create welcoming and supportive environments for those I serve.

Nature is a significant part of my life; I find joy and inspiration in being outdoors—whether near tranquil bodies of water, in the serene embrace of mountains, or tending to lush gardens. I am also passionate about cooking and view food as a vital form of medicine. Preparing nourishing meals brings me joy, and I love sharing this gift with others.

I am eager to explore new experiences and meet diverse individuals who share my values. I am hopeful to find aligned opportunities that allow for mutual growth and connection.
