We are a positive and open-minded couple who love slow travel, nature and meaningful cultural exchange. What motivates us most is becoming part of local daily life, sharing our skills and learning from the people we meet.

Marco is a gourmet chef with a strong passion for food and creativity, and for him cooking is a beautiful way to create connection and a sense of community. He loves the idea of helping in the kitchen, sharing culinary experience, learning traditional recipes and taking part in food-related projects that bring people together.

Mirko has a degree in architecture and a deep love for nature and simple outdoor living. He enjoys being active, collaborating with others and supporting projects connected to the environment and sustainable lifestyles.
He has done AuPair for a lovely family in Australia for whole year, when he was 21 yo.

Over the past few years we have travelled whenever possible, learning how to adapt, live with different rhythms and appreciate simple things. We feel a strong connection with South America because of its warmth, its relationship with the land and the importance of human connections.

We are responsible, respectful, easy to live with and happy to help wherever needed. We enjoy teamwork but we are also independent and proactive in daily tasks.

What makes us happy is sharing meals, being in nature, meeting new people and learning something new every day.

We are travelling with open hearts, ready to contribute with our energy, our professional skills and a big smile!

We combine professional culinary experience with a practical and creative mindset.

Marco is a gourmet chef, confident in meal preparation, kitchen organization, hygiene standards and teamwork. He enjoys cooking for groups, creating simple menus and adapting to local ingredients and traditional recipes.

Mirko has a degree in architecture and a strong eye for detail and organization. He is happy to help with small maintenance tasks, improving and organizing spaces, and supporting outdoor or nature-based projects.

We are both reliable, hardworking and fast learners. We are comfortable with manual tasks, housekeeping, gardening and helping wherever needed.

We both have a driving licence, speak fluent English and have a basic level of Spanish, which allows us to communicate in everyday situations and keep improving.

We work well both independently and as part of a team, always with a positive and respectful attitude.
