Hello I’m Meredith, from NZ and I love being outside!
I grew up on a farm in Southland and have always been around animals.
I enjoy gardening and growing my own food and would love to dive into this more.
I have a social work degree and have spent most of my working life working with people from all walks of life. I’ve spent the last year and half living and working in Australia in the fertility industry.
In my spare time I like hiking, being in the garden, doodling, cooking and being in the water.
I’m brand new to the Workaway Experience and looking to soak up as much of the beautiful nature BC has to offer as possible!

I am a reliable hard worker and a quick learner!

Outdoors: i love gardening and getting stuck in to transform a space. I'm familiar with all sorts of animals and their care from chickens to horses and most critters in between.

Customer Service & Communication: I've always worked as part of a team and with the community. I've worked in fast passed case management positions offering support and guidance. I've also spent years working in hospitality on front of house and in a food truck.

Outdoor & Adventure Enthusiast: Whether it’s hiking, exploring, or helping with outdoor projects, I’m excited to be outside and take on new challenges.

General Help & Organization: From assisting with daily chores, cooking, planning or organizing, I’m adaptable and happy to help wherever needed
