HI :) My name is Melissa, but friends normally call me Mel, I'm 24 years old, and I come from the beautiful island of Mallorca. I'm a really open-minded person, I love to share my experiences and my time with people.
I love getting to know the world, but I normally do It different, I like to stay more than a month in every place I travel, because I think it is the best way you connect with the people and the place, and for that reason I love to use workaway.
I worked in different things, but all the Jobs I've done they have something in common, and It's that I love working with people.
The last few years I have been getting to know myself as a person and developing myself. I can contribute many things since I have acquired a lot of learning and qualities, both in my travels and in my different projects and jobs.
I am currently in a personal process where I prioritize loving myself, knowing myself and learning daily. I am studying different methodologies related to personal growth and also a part of this new journey that I am going to undertake, is closely related to this self-discovery so I want to be part of a project that makes me know myself, create, share and improve myself constantly.

I have experience working, learning and experimenting with people. I'm really good with kids, I studied child care and worked in different summer camps with kids. I've worked as a nurse assistant, so I know how to treat people. I also worked in a café. I'm a person that enjoys learning new things and loves challenges. My last experience volunteering was in a surf hostel and I loved It.
