Hi I’m Megan!

I'm 28 and originally from the English countryside. I've been in Australia since November 2024 and have absolutely fallen in love with this country. For the past 10 months I've been based in Sydney, working in a law firm as a Bids Advisor.

As much as I enjoyed city life, I'm really keen to get back to a more rural environment and experience Aussie country life properly. I grew up surrounded by countryside and animals, so I'm excited to return to a quieter, more outdoorsy way of living.

I absolutely love animals, I have a greyhound back home and throughout my time in Australia I've done numerous housesits caring for peoples homes, cats and dogs. Because of this I would love any opportunities that involve working with animals or helping out on properties where an extra pair of hands is needed.

I’m passionate to learn about different cultures, people and places. Enthusiastic and always happy to get stuck in and try new challenges no matter how big or small. I'm friendly, hardworking, reliable, and always up for giving anything a go with a positive attitude.

Hi I’m Megan, I was working as a bid writer in the U.K. and am now looking to solo travel around south east Asia and Australia.

I’m passionate to learn about different cultures, people and places. Enthusiastic and always happy to get stuck in and try new challenges no matter how big or small.

I am also an animal lover with a retired/rescue greyhound called Mike back at home with my family in the U.K, so spending time in nature and with all animals brings great happiness.
