I am an outdoor enthusiast. I love to hike, rock climb, paraglide, and ski tour. I am hoping to get into pack rafting and bike touring this year. I am currently traveling in India to paraglide beside the Himalayas.

I love doing work to help others in any way. Whether that be by helping clean/organize the house, plant/grow a garden, build something, help with kids.. etc. count me in! I have some artistic abilities (by no means am I a professional) and enjoy making small paintings/writing. I am very passionate about the environment, and creating a better and brighter future for everyone. I truly believe anything we can do to help no matter how small can create a positive impact for the future.
I am enthusiastic and excited about everything I get to do, and always try to keep a positive attitude in every situation.
I will be traveling to Sri Lanka and Thailand before I return home for the holidays. I have spent a year in post-secondary, but would love to keep traveling and exploring before I return.
I have three siblings and two dogs that I love very much, so I am very used to a busy and slightly chaotic household.
Throughout the years I have had the opportunity to volunteer in places such as Nicaragua, China, Portugal, and the Netherlands. It inspires me to continue my journey to help others while traveling.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am a very fast learner, so if I'm not extremely familiar with what I am doing I will pick up on it quickly.
I am a people person. I love talking and hearing about other peoples experiences/stories.
I have teaching experience. I taught English at a summer camp for 5 weeks in Xi'an, China. I also have experience coaching sports teams, and as a camp counselor at a film summer camp as well.
I have graduated from high school, and completed two semesters of post secondary.
I am familiar with gardening. I grew up on a farm as a child, and love growing and eating the plants that I grow.
I am very hands on. I love doing any kind of work that involves using my hands such as painting, building things, moving, organizing, cooking, cleaning.. etc.

I love getting outside and exploring nature. Hiking, swimming, and climbing is how I spend most of my sunny days in Canada. I am very excited to experience new cultures and meet new people worldwide. Traveling is something that is very close to my heart.
I just recently returned from China. I was there teaching English at a summer camp for 5 weeks, working almost 12 hours a day and loving every minute of it. I was extremely fortunate to have been awarded the opportunity to embrace myself completely into their culture while traveling and impacting the community in a small way. It was amazing!
