Hello hosts and workawayers,
My name is Marthe-Louise and I come from France. Joining this community is the opportunity for me to do an immersion stay abroad. Indeed, I want to improve a foreign language ideally English or Spanish even though my level in English is already great. I also want to develop autonomy in a foreign country by travelling by myself and meeting new people and discovering new cultures.
To tell a bit more about myself, I am 18 years and I am in my first year in a highly selective two-year college degree to prepare admission at top national schools in Management, Economy, Finance, etc. Consequently, my studies take a huge part in my life but the summer holidays is for me the opportunity to do this immersion stay.
Thus, I can’t wait to have my first experience with workaway and meet my future hosts !

My native language is french so exchanging languages would interest me a lot. But I also have a good English and I am a beginner in Spanish. These are the both languages I would like to improve the most since I know the fundamentals. However, discovering a new language is still a privilege.

Quais são suas habilidades?
I would be able to be an Au Pair since I am used to keep my neighbours’ children, who are two boys of 6 and 4 years. I have also been a babysitter for the child of my neighbours’ friends. And if needed, I can help for homework since I don’t have particular shortcomings in the various subjects taught in school ; even though the teaching is not the same according to the country.
Regarding the more manual tasks, I am used to workout ; thus, I can lift weights if needed but I can also help for any gardening tasks, etc.
Besides, I have been a pet-sitter a few times for dogs and cats. I love animals and I have a cat that I love so much, he is currently 4 years and he will be 5 years on the 8th of October.
