Hii, I'm Laura, a mexican slomad (trying to travel deeper, slower and more conscious) being geographically unstable for almost 5 years so far.

I am a podcast producer and Product Manager, but I'm also building a project around nomads and locals, to improve CBT (community-based tourism)
I believe in energy and am convinced that with this kind of experiences I can create amazing connections with whole-hearted people while improving my skills, experiences and adventures. For me, Workaway, beyond saving money, means the great opportunity to learn from each place I go to and give back, while transforming myself and building connections and the world I want to live in ❤️‍🔥

I want to connect more with nature, I'm super interested in permaculture and aquaphonic systems, as well as herbal medicine, healing foods and conscious eating.
I consider myself pretty extrovert but also having that balance of alone time and space to recharge.

Even tho I travel, I focus on my wellbeing, health and keeping good energy around me. I love clear communication and consider myself a forever-learner, ready to roll up my sleeves to contribute✨

MY EXPERIENCE VOLUNTEERING:
I've collaborated with the YMCA since I was like 15 y/o, both volunteering at camps, doing social activities and
I am also doing mentorships for LATAM students that want to find their path in the professional side.

Quais são suas habilidades?

We consider ourselves generalists, we know about many subjects and by mixing them, we come with amazing results that could even be better than done by an specialist!
We both are digital nomads, working with digital products.

Laura is a Product manager with knowledge in design (wireframes, UX and posts) and Growth strategies (influencer marketing, loyalty programs, recurring customers). She also worked as Marketing Lead designing brand books, logos, identity and aligning communications with the brand’s voice.

Tuncay is a Digital marketing expert with focus on course creation, digital products, info marketing and Google and Facebook Ads. He also has experience in Sales, leading teams, building a company from scratch and business liaison skills (aka middle man).

We are both content creators and have blogs, social accounts and podcasts; as Digital nomads, we are familiar with the digital world (and would love to help your project with that) as well as eager to use our hands to work on physical projects that can go from art till managing a physical business/hotel.

We are experts in the feedback-culture and customer service, we have experience working for small businesses/startups to come up with new ideas to improve their services/products and have a better development in the web.

We love building win-win relationships, immersing ourselves in other cultures, engaging in community service, learning about traditions and contributing to the world in meaningful ways! We both know how to cook (mostly mexican, turkish and healthy/vegetarian food)

We are passionate about learning something new, while contributing with our skills and passions that shape the world we want to live in.
