We're Larissa and Ema!

We're both yoga teachers and live in a little village in Austira and Lithuania. There my mum and I run a little organic farm with a nature garden and lots of animals (goats, chicken, a donkey, sheep, cats and a dog).

At our farm our goal is to reconnect people with nature and to preserve rare plants and animal breeds. I offer cooking classes (e.g. about vegan cheese making, cooking with herbs..), guided farm tours, yoga in the nature (with goats) and work with school classes to show young people where their food comes from. In addition to that we produce everything what nature and our animals give us. Because I’m vegan and a certified herbalist I’m in charge for everything to do with plants. I produce tea, jam, sirup, fermented vegetables and more vegan products.

I am passionate about doing yoga, gardening, cooking and fermenting, prducing nature products and being in nature, especially hunting mushrooms and herbs in the austrian woods. As I'm certified herbalist I like inlcluding herbs into my everyday life by making my own skin care, smoking them, cooking... I also love making new friends, teaching, learning new things, working in a team and challenging myself.

Because most of the people vistit our farm in summer when the weather is nice, I am free to travel a little bit in winter and looking forward to meet new people and make great experiences! I would love to join a friendly community to share my interests and help with their projects. If you need an open-minded, charismatic, responsible and easy-going person, I'll be happy to share my positive way of thinking and my experience with you.

Quais são suas habilidades?

As I am self employed my skills are very diverse and I could be the woman for everything at your place :)
- Gastronomy/Hospitality/Accomodation: My mum and I also ran restaurant where I was in charge of the service including help in the kitchen. On our farm we also have 3 guestrooms including breakfast, so can clean rooms, help with hosting...
- Yoga: I'm a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200h, 95h children's yoga) and also teach in a yoga studio, so I could teach at your place if you want.
- Cooking: I love to cook vegan and share good food!
- Gardening/working in nature: I have an own herb garden and love every work in nature. Harvesting, helping in the garden...
- Working with children and animals: I love being around children and also do playful programs with school classes on the farm, to show students where their food comes from. I also would love to take care of animals.
- Marketing/social media: I also do the online content for our farm and can help you with that. Social media, newsletter, writing, making pictures..
- Farming and anything else: As I grew up and work on a farm I know what hard work is and am ready to get my hands dirty and help everywhere where work is needed. Just feel free to ask anything.
