HI THERE! We are Oceane & Anatole, nice to meet you!


We are both French, we are from Normandy in France, we are enjoying our two years working holiday visa in Canada! We have been traveling for a year in Canada and the USA with our converted school bus. We live full time inside (not afraid of -40°C outside!!)

* Long story short, Oceane went to Montreal in 2019 to study art in college for one year, Anatole came with her. But you know the story of a certain global pandemic force us both to return to France...
We wait until 2022 to ask for a new visa to come again to travel and discover the country!

We spent the winter in Canmore AB, Anatole found a maintenance job in a hotel in town, and Oceane found a job illustrating a children's book.

We share our life together since 2017, we meet during the university in Normandy (France). We used to lived in community. When we are not on the road, we live in a spare house.

Quais são suas habilidades?

About Oceane, She's 28 years old (1996). She works "daily" as a freelance illustrator and also works as a bartender. She is the creative one. She also likes a dictionary, she reads a lot of articles about everything she finds interesting. She is quite handy to, she loves to build or create amenagment for living space. Fun fact: she has a farm management diploma, they study in a specialized high school. She is really fond of animals, she horse riding for 10 years and have a working experience in farms. she also have a volunteering experience in Montreal.

About Anatole He is 30 years old (1994). He had worked for 5 years as an engineer in the research and development office of a plastic piping company. Then he realized that the routine of a bureaucracy was not made for him and in 2018 he started to work as a server for the winter season in the French Alps.
He's the mastermind of our duo, he's really a handy man, he does most of the manual work himself (construction, woodwork, heavy mechanics, electricity, plumbing etc...)
He is quite good at finding a solution or a way to make things better. Not really impressed by something he doesn’t know, he is a quick learner.
He has previous volunteering experience in Nepal (2016) for 3 months and in Montreal (2019) for 6 months.

We both have learned English at school but really improve it during our travels. Not perfect but easily manage to work and live with!
We both are open mind , organized , independent, dynamic and enthusiastic !
