Hi!

I come from a small village called Mojtín in Slovakia. Currently I am studying journalism for the first year in the capital city Bratislava. Few years ago I found out that society, politics and writing are my passions so here I am 😄. My work also follows my studies. I work in editorial office in slovak journal as editor.

A little about my hobbies. I am really into drawing and tattoos. I have been drawing since I was a child. I am doing it just for myself now but my silly little dream is to buy my own tattoo machine and eternalize my art on other people´s bodies. Besides that I know how to do fascinating makeup, I can spend hours doing it and it is a form of selfcare for me. I love to travel, meet new people and learn about new cultures, I am especially interested in historical monuments.

One last thing about my passions, I am a big lover of fur friends. Every furry creature is my weak spot, mainly dogs and cats. We have Cavalier Luka at my grandma´s house, but she treats him more like her grandchild and so do we, he really became part of the family.

Overall I am a talkative person, however, if a person prefers silence, I can adapt, I also have such moments 😄 food is my favourite subject, but I am not a picky eater. I´ll eat anything that won´t eat me as my parents would say 😄 but I don´t despise a walk after dinner either , even tho I don´t really like sports I go for mental health walks.

Workaway is a new experience for me but I am so glad I am able to go. Similar experience to this was probably an exchange trip to Serbia with the theater group in which I performed. We played a show there as guests at theater festival and we stayed in houses of the members of the sister ensemble. It was a really lovely experience and I can´t wait to live more such moments like that.

Quais são suas habilidades?

In my life I have lived in both an apartment and a house . So I am not a master but I can handle auxiliary work around the house and garden. Most of the time I spend sitting at school or working homeoffice so I love to spend time outside.

I also think that I know how to cook and bake a little so I can also be useful in the kitchen, even if only for washing dishes.

Like I said before I love pets, so I can take care of them, take them on the walk, shower them – or just cuddle. I am good at creative handicrafts, I know how to do almost everything I try with the help of instructions from a video, like bracelets or candles.

In general I can do everything that is properly explained and I like to learn new things.
