Currently a nomad, looking for some work experience on farms ~ any kind of work welcome ~ I am a very handy and curious woman, IN LOVE with diy projects. Not afraid to get my hands (and feet) dirty.

I am currently on a path of self-discovery. Taking my yoga and meditation practice into daily life anywhere I go. Midfulness and presence. I value radical honesty and non-violent communication.

Interested in juiciness of life, squeezing every drop of juice out of every moment.

The thing that motivates me is seeing other people who are passionate about what they do. People who have found a way of life that suits them and work they love to do. This makes me really happy and I really enjoy learning from them as I pave my own way to fulfillment and happiness.

I studied mediterranean agriculture, but don't have my own garden/place to grow food yet, so before finishing the studies, I would like to get some insight into the practical work and get some knowledge from people who have been doing it for some time.

I have already worked on a biodynamic farm in Slovenia (I did my internship there), and although it was quite a demanding job (and a hot one, since I worked there in the summer), I enjoyed it very much. I learned a lot of useful skills - from using gardening (hand) tools (different hand hoes, a wheel hoe) and pruning fruit trees, to planting with machines.

The farm life really suits me, I am very keen on working with plants, on small or big gardens, fields, in the orchards and green houses.
But what interests me the most is permaculture. I have no experience in it - at the moment the only thing I can do is read, read & read, so I am doing some resource on permaculture, so once I settle and have my own piece of nature, I can apply the knowledge there.

It would be great if I am able to see good practices and have the opportunity to work with someone who has experience in permaculture, so I can carry the knowledge back home, apply it, work on it, learn from it and then pass it on to other enthusiasts.

In August I'm doing a part of my internship on a permacultural farm in Slovenia, where I plan on learning about small-scale permaculture, natural building and also living in a community.

Otherwise I am a really handy person with a lot of passion for different things - my last project was building a bike (I found an old frame at a landfill, took it home, worked on it for a few months, fell in love with it and I've been riding it passionately since).
I'm always up for recycling!

I love to climb, slackline, cycle, meditate, read books, listen to music, sing in the shower, dance in the forests, walk barefoot, stand on my head, draw, write my thoughts, drink tea, cook, learn about wild plants and how to use them, watch sunrises, walk in the dark and read out loud to other people :)
