Hi there!

My name is Julia, and I'm a smiley 25 year old French Canadian. I am an open-minded girl who loves to help others, learn about their cultures and reconnecting with nature.

Scotland is my next destination, and its not just for its beautiful landscapes!

I love to travel and learn new gardening and farming skills. Being surrounded by nature makes me the happiest (rain or shine!). This year, a goal of mine is to learn more about eco-friendly sustainability and growing organic food.

I'm a university student, studying psychology and languages. My first volunteering experience abroad was when I was 18 years old. I stayed on a dairy farm in Italy and fell in love with the concept of not only solo traveling but also living with locals and doing rewarding jobs outside.

Since then, I've volunteered on a farm in Hawaii, a dog shelter in Greece, a vegetable gardening in Spain, and tended to a garden in England. I'm always willing to lend a helping hand, and I make sure to do my absolute best while completing any task.

-I like to cook (although I'm not the best at it!), so I can help out during mealtimes
- I'm a good listener and a quick learner
- I'm very good with animals
- I have some farming/ gardening knowledge
- I've been babysitting ever since I was 12 years old, so I get along well with kids
-I'm creative. I love art work and music.

I'm honest, reliable and keep things tidy :)

I love to bake! I love cooking new recipes and learning about new foods. I try to be creative, healthy and add as much love as I can into little treats!
Also I've recently picked up knitting and its become one of my favourite hobbies:)
