I am motivated by my love for animals and a passion for their well-being. I have always envisioned myself working with them since I was a child. Spending my life caring for animals is my dream. I also find myself at my happiest when I am surrounded by nature. I am excited to experience these two things anywhere I can and am hoping I find adventure alongside them!

Quais são suas habilidades?
I graduated from the University of California, Davis and got my Bachelor's in Biological Sciences. I am planning to apply to veterinarian school this next year or apply to a Master's program.
Most of my experience lies with animals. I interned a lot throughout high school and college at local vet hospitals, wildlife refuge/rehabilitation centers, UC Davis' foal intensive care unit, UC Davis' rehabilitation center, and am currently working as a vet assistant at a vet hospital. I am a very hard-working and reliable person. I sincerely try to give my all in whatever position I am given. I am used to working outdoors in hot weather, carrying weight, cleaning enclosures, feeding wildlife. I am no stranger to "gross" chores(cleaning up poop is an everyday thing). Being around multiple animals has made me confident around them and I have learned a lot of behavior tells.
Other random jobs include working in restaurants and being a nanny during my college summers at home. I have worked summers at a fruit stand, 3 years at a pizza restaurant, pet-sitting, and some tutoring. My biggest challenge(and most fun) was caring for three young girls while their mother was a full-time nurse. I became accustomed to their morning routine, helping with homework, and filling up coloring books.
I am a only fluent in English, but am open to teaching and learning everything I can!

I love to read and try to finish one book per week.
I was a year-round swimmer for 14 years, played water polo for 4 years, and am currently getting back into running. If anyone needs a swim lesson, I am more than happy to lend my services!
