Hey! I'm 21, adventurous, outgoing, and pretty independent. I’m someone who takes responsibility seriously and enjoys stepping out of their comfort zone. I’m very curious about other cultures and really want to break out of the “European bubble” I’ve grown up in.
I studied psychology and just graduated from university. I actually spent three years abroad getting my degree, and that experience totally changed the way I see the world. It opened my mind and gave me a deeper understanding of people and different ways of living.
Because of my background, I’m really interested in mental health and supporting underprivileged communities — always with respect, empathy, and the mindset that I’m there to learn as much as help. That said, I also spent a full year teaching English to kids and teenagers, so I’d feel confident volunteering in that area too!
What I’m really hoping for is to be part of something that feels meaningful — where I can contribute in a real way, but also grow as a person and learn from the people I meet.
In terms of hobbies, I’m into dancing, reading, rock climbing, and making art. I’d love to share some of that with others, and hopefully bring some good energy and creativity along the way.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’ve got experience in a bunch of different areas! I’ve worked as an English teacher for children, volunteered in a nursing home, taught psychology classes, worked as a content editor, and done various hospitality jobs too. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Netherlands, which was fully taught in English, and I also hold a C2 level IELTS qualification. On top of that, I’m really into dance — especially modern and hip hop. I’ve won first place in a few dance competitions across the Netherlands, and I also spent a year training in flamenco. I'm super passionate about mental health and my long-term goal is to open my own psychology clinic that combines clinical psychology with dance movement therapy.

While I was volunteering at the nursing home, I used to let the people I was taking care of win every board game… at first. But I eventually realized they just wanted to be treated like everyone else — so I started actually trying to win. That’s when things got interesting! They ended up teaching me some amazing Spanish board games that would go on forever. I definitely found my competitive side there, and I’m pretty sure they liked me even more after that. We had a lot of laughs and it was one of those moments where I really felt connected — just enjoying time together and having fun like friends.
