Hey ho :) ,
my name is Henrike and I come from Germany. I am 20 years old and I love to travel, discover new cultures and meet new people. I just graduated and now I´m planning to take a gap year, realizing my travel plans and learn more about myself. I really enjoy hiking, cycling, doing yoga and adventuring in general. Moreover I love creative activities like drawing and painting.

I live vegetarian and I am interested in learning how to live more sustainable, because I think in times of climate change it is necessary to live more in harmony with the nature. Moreover I´m really intersted in learning more about meditation, mindfullness, buddhism and so on. Therefore I´m really interested and motivated to work for a few weeks at a farm or to try out how it is to live in a temple or meditationcenter.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I lived in Canada for five months in 2021 and went to high school there. Therefore I am used to get involved with new people and new ways of life. Moreover I already had several workaway stays (farm stays and spititual community). There I have harvested many different kinds of vegetables, helped to plant new seeds and helped in the kitchen. But one of my best abilities is really my curiosity and willingness to learn more.
