I'm a 26 years old Yoga Teacher and Nutrition Biologist, passionate about Permaculture, Yoga, Holistic Wellness and Natural healthy and Sustainable lifestyle. I graduated in Biology in December 2020, with a Master Degree in "Food, Health and Environment", and I completed the abilitation State Exam to become a Nutritionist. Furthermore, during university I started practice and study Hatha Yoga, and the interest was so deep that led me to attend in those years a 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, a 2 years Ayurveda Course in Milan to integrate the western scientific vision about food and nutrition , and during the pandemic I got to study with
Brea Johnson completing the Modern Yoga teacher training. Additionally to my love for Holistic wellness practices, the first years of university I also joined a project in Turin, my City, regarding synergic agriculture and from there my interest grew and lead me to participate in many Erasmus+ youth exchanges projects dedicated to sustainability and permaculture and I am actually a member of the New Wellness Education NGO.

I started to teach privately and to groups, creating the Format YogaYoung focalized on Youth worker and University Students, as well as teaching in companies' offices or with older adults as well as in retreats.

Extras, I developed skills in VIP Hospitality and Guest service working for the catering in Formula One and travelling in many countries along the races as a waitress.
