Hey everyone :)

I’m Gillian, and I’m a yoga & mindfulness teacher and breathwork facilitator originally from California. I’ve spent many years studying and practicing various forms of somatic healing, and I’ve been lucky enough to teach classes and workshops in Spain, Colombia, Costa Rica, the US, and Israel.

Outside of yoga and breathwork, my background is in humanitarian aid and assistance, coordinating programs predominately with refugees impacted by trauma and exploitation.

I'm a lifelong traveler and have been so inspired by my past WorkAway experiences and met so many incredible people along the way. I'm particularly interested in teaching yoga, living in nature (farming, camping, learning from the land), and learning from and sharing with those around me.

When always walking into my garden i appreciate all what this beautiful lady has done. She is an excelent life teacher and fantastic YOGA teacher. Amoung other qualities Gillian is a simple but smart person willing to love and understand feelings. Magic!!! I learned a lot. I have her in my heart. Muchas gracias lindo corazon

I had a really special time at Paola’s farm for 2 weeks. Paola is a wonderful and inspiring woman who is truly living her values!
I loved teaching yoga on the farm, planting, and running with the goats ;) I’ll keep my time here close to my heart always.

It's hard to put to words my 6 weeks spent in this beautiful mountain paradise... My time here was nothing short of extraordinary, and it has become a home away from home. The kindest, most generous staff. Delicious food. Unreal nature. Free days to explore the surrounding area. It doesn't really get much better than this!
