I love to look after the house, pets, gardening, lost myself in nature end work. I love to paint but I really want to do improve my art skills, I’m attending a watercolor course now.

My name is Francesca, I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher in Italy since 2017. I’m looking forward to living a workaway experience to know different places, experiences and people. I love to live the abundance of opportunities that life shows me, sharing what I’ve learned about body movement, meditation and life is what I love most doing. In my “previous life” I used to have a Bed and breakfast and I loved it, I know how to interact with tourists, I’m also a good cook and a careful housekeeper.
I put love in anything I do, To meditate in my opinion is essentially to live consciously.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I can attend yoga and Pilates group and single classes in both Italian and English language. I used to help my family in the hospitality (we have a Wine estate) so I can cook and help with guests.

I have a dog and what I really enjoy is to walk with her in early mornings. I also love horse riding, long walks as hiking, body exercise, move my body dancing, reading a lot, small gardening, the sea. I also like cooking and eating, experimenting.
