Hello,
I am Favio (age 28), I am from Cornwall in the SW of England. I am a fully qualified Secondary school teacher and have taught in the UK for four years. I love the outdoors and the adventures that nature has to offer. I was a surf instructor for 10 years and always enjoy getting in the ocean whenever possible.

Me and my partner are traveling to New Zealand in October for two months before heading to Australia. We have working holiday visas and are excited to explore the East coast of Australia. I am looking forward to meeting hosts and getting to know local people before finding somewhere we'd like to settle down for longer.

I am energetic and optimistic and keen to get involved with any tasks at hand, I have extensive experience working with kids, I enjoy outdoor physical work in the garden/ construction and I am always up for learning new things. I like to play music (guitar and piano) and also love a good game! I have plenty that I can teach you.

I am really looking forward to this new chapter, to explore new places and meet new people!

Hello, I am Lauren Ridge, I am a 28 year old from Cornwall in the United Kingdom. Me and my partner are travelling from Cornwall to New Zealand in October to travel for 7 weeks before making our way to Australia to begin our year of Travels over there.

I am a qualified Nutritionist of two years with a big passion for health and well being, between seeing clients, my day-to-day job back home is working at our community health food store as their onsite nutritionist with an aim to make nutrition education accessible.

My passions in life include being outdoors, walking, swimming, and enjoying nature, photography, reading and one of my biggest passions in life is cooking. I love being in the kitchen creating and cooking up new and delicious foods and nourishing those around me in the process. I have a real sense of adventure and travel, which is fueled by the enjoyment of connecting with people, places and cultures.

Cooking, cleaning, organisation, gardening, experience with babysitting, experience as a carer, working in a person orientated role has provided me with great communication skills.

Favio (Teacher):
Working with kids, teacher of maths/geography/dance/mindfulness and mental health in young people, surf instructor, construction work, landscape gardening, driving mini buses and large vans, great communication and people skills.
