Hey there,
My name is Dotty (Edith). I have been travelling from 2023, working and exploring in many countries and with many people. When I am not a manager, cleaner, receptionist, I am an art therapist, massage therapist, and yoga instructor. Whatever I do I am dedicated to supporting others through creativity, embodiment, and mindful connection. My work weaves together visual art, movement, and somatic awareness, drawing from my background in drawing, photography, and contact improvisation.

Nature is one of my greatest inspirations, and I often find renewal through hiking, traveling, road trips, and quiet moments of meditation. Cooking, dance, and exploring new landscapes also nourish my sense of curiosity and play.

Through all of these passions, I seek to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, discover new possibilities, and experience deeper alignment in body, mind, and spirit.

Building, painting:
In the last 14 years, I painted many interior walls (and filled gaps) lot of times – in my, my parents` and friends` houses, so I’m ready to bring colour(s) in your home, too.

Gardening: I have experience of pruning, grass cutting and planting, and I’m very enthusiastic to learn more and more about gardening.

Holistic lifestyle mentor:
supporting and coaching by using varies of techniques / ayurveda, relaxation techniques, art therapy, dance therapy, bodywork

Art therapy: qualified art therapist since 2022. Laeding individual and group therapy sessions

Yoga therapy, bodyART: I am certificated instructor since 2016.
BodyART is a dynamic training based on yoga, phisiotherapy and do-in.

Animal care: I love animals. I always had dogs and/or cats, and was volunteering in an animal shelter in Serbia, so I have some experience of ethology as well.

Childcare: My niece, nephew and friends` kids could talk about this. I worked as a Coach in an afterschool in Dublin with the age 4-12.
I easily connect with kids and happy to be surrounded by children.

Cooking: I prefer making easy, simple vegetarian foods, like salads (couscous, bulgur...), rice, buckweath with vegetables, sauces, tortilla. Also, I can prepare some more complex foods e.g. stuffed pepper... and I am able to eat unlimited amount of tomatoes! Soup, salad, sauces with tomato. These are my favorites :-)

PR, marketing, organizing: I have worked as PR and marketing manager: planning, scheduling, organizing, managing of different platforms is easy for me. I made short movies 7-8 years ago (photographing and editing), so maybe I could help you in making short films if needed.

Hungarian language: If you are interested in one of the most uniqe language of the world, there is opportunity to learn it with a professional Hungarian language teacher - that's me with 7 years experience.

I am an agile, curious person with open-minded and life-long learning attitude and eager to try and learn new things.
