Descrição
We are two adults living on our small farm and permaculture LAND-center.
Permaculture Denmark has accredited Karensminde as an LAND- center (Learning, Activity, Network, Demonstration- center) and in this capacity we do have volunteers and students from different organizations from all over the world in our home.
We are growing our own vegetables & fruits, producing sunpower etc.
We do have 4 grown-up children & families living away from the island.
We have been volunteers ourselves in Africa more times and travelled many places. We are both retired, but still fit and healthy.
Dora was an occupational therapist. Kurt was a teacher at technical college in carpentry. We are both very quiet and gentle people

Quais são suas habilidades?
Dora is a "doing it yourself type" of person - These days I prefer gardening work and producing / making our own food etc.
Kurt is a teacher / carpenter and loves to tell and educate people around him. He is a "handyman" and able to do build and repairs all most everything.
And we have have 30 years experiences from our small farm - which is renovated all over.
