Hello everyone! I'm Débora, Brazilian with Portuguese citizenship. I currently live in Budapest (Hungary) and work remotely for a big IT company.
After I left Brazil, I volunteered for 8 months in the UK. The main reason I chose England was to improve my English skills.
As a volunteer, I worked in hostels, a hotel, in a Buddhist centre, and on a farm. I did different works and tasks, such as housekeeping, dog walking, being a receptionist of one of the hostels and a waitress for the hotel. To find hosts, I used the Workaway and Worldpackers platforms.
I love traveling and visiting new places, cities, and countries. What motivates me most are discoveries, new learning, meeting people, and different cultures from mine.
I'm independent and I consider myself an easy-going and open-minded person. Cinema and music are my favorite arts. One of my favorite hobbies is photography. In my free time and whenever I travel somewhere different, I like to take photos especially of cities architecture.
Since I have a place to live here in Europe and can work remotely, I'm now focused on house sitting and pet sitting as a way to make new connections, meet knew people and different places, helping to take care of their pets and make sure to providing them love and food, of course! :)

Quais são suas habilidades?
In addition to my previous experiences as a volunteer working mainly for hostels, I also had the opportunity to have a very different experience of my previous ones which was living on a farm in the countryside of the UK. Aside from gardening, I helped with the animals, such as feeding birds, swans, and the family dog, Amber. I also walked her every day that I was there with them. We had a great time together walking along the canal next to the house.
In Brazil, I used to look after my friends' cats whenever they traveled. Changing the water to ensure it was always fresh, feeding Pagu and Elvira (a black and a tricolor cat), cleaning the litter box were tasks they asked me to do. (Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures with them)
Now, from time to time, I take care of my girlfriend's cat, Gombolyag ("skein of yarn" or "yarn ball" in Hungarian). She is a lady of over her 10 years old who requires lots of love and snacks, of course. She's a good company while I'm home officing. You can check her pictures in my album :)
