I have a boundless curiosity about the world and the people in it. I find everything interesting (OK, I'm not much of a sports fan, but... most other stuff) and only wish I could live long enough to see and learn all that I'd like to. It's a cliche, but I really do want to make the world a better place. I am happy and often humbled to meet new people and hear their stories. Happy and grateful to enjoy nature. I love to create, and to share and support other artists. Happy when exchanging knowledge, especially with young people. I look forward to more amazing experiences, more beautiful sights, and more meaningful connections in my life.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have an advanced TESOL certificate and have taught English as a foreign language in Ha Noi, Viet Nam to students with a variety of skills and age levels. I have freelanced as a caregiver, housekeeper of an Airbnb, copy editor, and transcriber. I have worked in the kitchen of a farm in Northern California, preparing meals for summer campers. Currently I work in an elementary school, preparing and serving lunch to students. I am an avid researcher and writer. I have done quite a bit of volunteer work with young children and homeless populations and this year won a $1000 grant to provide hygiene supplies to a homeless shelter.

I have lived in a variety of places my entire life, and this has given me a broad understanding of different kinds of people and culture and a deep empathy for people on the margins of society.
I am not afraid of hardship or discomfort in the service of a good cause.
I love all kinds of music, but Celtic music has a special place in my heart.
