Hi all, I'm a 31-year old that's taking some time off of my engineering job to pursue some travel. I'm interested in workaway as I really enjoy meeting people from different cultures, and the best way to meet people is to work with them! I love teaching, learning, collaborating, and fixing things. I'm also a passionate surfer that is typically drawn to opportunities that is nearby a surf break ;).

I studied and worked as an engineer for about five years. I have quite a bit of experience renovating houses, fixing cars, and working with students. I voluntarily lead and teach mountaineering courses for high school students in Oregon.
