Hi there! My name is Chelsie and I am 33 years old. I am planning some slow solo travel from April through July in Italy, France and the Balkans and am looking to meet kind hearted people to connect with along the way.

About me: I am a born and raised New Yorker, but have lived all across the US (NY, MA, CT, WI, and most recently CA) over the last 15 years. I am an outgoing, independent person that loves to meet new people and challenge myself. I'm a self-starter that needs little direction to get things done.

I’ve been working in the corporate world (Marketing/Business) for the last 15 years and have had a recent realization since COVID that there is more to life than just work! While I love marketing, I have since been on a journey of self-discovery in the last 18 months and have been actively exploring passions that fulfill me.

I have a deep love for food, hospitality and healthy living, and would love to learn more about the agricultural and hospitality industries. In the last year I've taken on jobs as a private chef, house manager, bread baker, and marketing/brand consultant.

I've traveled solo abroad before (Bali, China, India, Australia, New Zealand) and love learning about different cultures and and getting fresh perspective on life. I traveled to Italy in October and the quality of life and sense of community I experience has left a lasting impression. If you’re someone that likes to exchange ideas and rich conversation, I hope we get a chance to meet each other!

Quais são suas habilidades?

- Cooking: LOVE to cook, always looking to improve myself. I go to the farmers market weekly and try to only use fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. the kitchen is my happy and safe place.


- Cleaning: love a clean home- inside and out. I'm a great organizer and take initiative to keep my space clean.

- Animal care: I have a deep love for animals, as I grew up around them. I have a 10 year old french bulldog who is my childdddd and I'll miss her terribly while I'm gone.

- Gardening-ish: while I don't have the greenest thumb, i love to be outside and am eager to learn. I've been keeping plants alive since COVID ;)

- Hospitality: love hosting others in my home, very service oriented. I have also been a chef and waitress. I hosted a girl from Italy for a month in my home.

- Business: By trade I am an experienced business manager and have managed the finances, operations, and marketing for multi-million dollar companies/brands
