Hey! It's Celeste, from Italy. I study international development in Sweden and planning on doing research in Vietnam.

Cultural diversity and curiosity motivates me to not only travel the world but also makes my future enlightened with critical and different perspectives around local and global issues. New and meaningful encounters are drivers of knowledge and foster truthful change at the global level and for me meaningful conversation and experiences, based on empathy, sharing and mutuality, are the essence of life. With this in mind I am at discovering by travelling driven also by an infinite passion for natural variety, commitment to hear people stories and make an impact in the future.

I love spending time in nature and feel it's uniqueness, that's why I have only solo travelled but it would be a pleasure to share these feelings. I am adventurous and I enjoy trekking, running, climbing, canoeing and simply hiking through places, among people and explore my feelings in the meantime. I hope to learn to surf during my trip. I enjoy agricultural and manual work, always trying to learn more, especially if embedding with local cultures, principles and traditions. For me it's important to be useful and contribute to people wellbeing despite barriers.

I have woofed and solo travelled, hosted people and hitchhiked several times. I contributed to farming communities, ecovillages, households and children education, participated into erasmus+ cultural exchanges, always paving the path for change through emotional and cultural awareness and sharing.

I am passionate and I work in food security, local finance development and humanitarian aid.

Since high school I developed fluency/working level in french, spanish and english, also through courses and working experiences abroad. Then I studied arabic and russian, while being able to improve my level, especially through human exchange. Curious about new languages and cultural expressions of them and committed to learn Vietnamese..

Quais são suas habilidades?

Everywhere I go I bring with me passion, motivation and teaming approach. Beyond organisational and customer orientation , strategic thinking and attention to details, I offer proactivity, flexibility and autonomy.

Always passionate about sports, fitness, yoga as well as dancing and musical. I have theatre experiences as well as in art-therapy and babysitting and aupairing. I have also worked in house management and extensively as waitress and I am happy to help communities or individuals with my energy and willingness to contribute my surrounding environments.

Ethical perspectives on knowledge and human experiences have brought me to analyse and develop sensitivity in issues and topics such as: food security, agro-food, globalisation, trade, politics and socio-cultural motives behind developmental patterns.
My working experiences in trade, development, humanitarian aid, indigenous issues, foreign affairs and financial inclusivity has recently compounded ewith a great passion and hope for politics as distinguished way through change and improvement from a people-centered perspective.
