Hello everyone! :) My name is Caroline, and I live in Austin, Texas.
I have always felt most connected to myself and others when I am outside in nature, grounded by the rhythms of the earth, whether by the water, in the mountains, or elsewhere! I feel deeply and have been learning how to transmute my sensitivity into healing through Reiki and other energy healing modalities. I am excited to see how I am called to bring my spiritual gifts into the world during this next phase of my life as I travel, explore, and return home to myself.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Texas, and I am currently taking a break from my graduate studies, where I was completing a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion/Health Education. Throughout my education, I have been involved in culinary nutrition and garden programs, where I led nutrition and cooking classes and provided garden lessons to school-age children outdoors. I have a deep love of and reverence for the natural world, and I look forward to developing and honing new skills outdoors! Additionally, I have completed my Reiki 1, 2, and 3/Master trainings.
