Hi,
I live with my family in Germany, which consists of my wife, my two boys and me. I work in the bank industry and live in the Rhine river valley in the state of Hesse. We live in a bilingual household (German / Japanese) and enjoy traveling. I like to cook, make my own marmalade, bake cakes, bread and cookies when I have time. Being conversant in more than a couple of languages I like to take the road off of the beaten track. I have join this community to get away from the desk job, possibly learn some new skills and get into contact with real living people (instead of being just a tourist). I would like to take one of my boys - them being 13 and 15 right now - along on the trip, so that they get a bit of real life in their life.

Quais são suas habilidades?
I can cook, iron, do the household, have a drivers license, know some gardening and have some experience in dog sitting. I’m quite good at computers (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), have some experience at teaching and know seven languages. In addition I bring along all the necessary knowledge in child rearing that comes along with having two boys.

Just to mention: when I drink alcohol then only in very moderate quantity and I am no good at card games (e.g. Poker or such). Board games are fine with me. On the other hand, I like to exercise / do sports such as swimming or hiking and I like to read a good book from time to time.
