Alvydaは、私たちのホステルにとってとても信頼できるだけでなく、一緒にいる人たちを自然と笑顔にしてくれる、本当に特別なスタッフでした。
まず印象的だったのは、仕事に対する責任感です。言われたことをこなすだけでなく、自分で周囲を見て何をすべきかを考え、必要なことを先回りして行動してくれました。
清掃では細部まで丁寧に気を配り、高いクオリティを安定して維持してくれました。ゲストが快適に過ごせる環境づくりを常に意識し、忙しい日でも落ち着いて仕事を進めることができる人でした。

同時に、Alvydaの一番大きな魅力のひとつは、抜群のユーモアのセンスです。すぐにおどけたり、何気ない会話を楽しいものに変えたりして、その場にいる人たちをいつも笑わせてくれました。彼女と話していると、普通の一日でも自然と明るく、印象に残る一日になりました。
ゲストへの接し方もとても自然で温かく、国籍や年齢を問わず、誰とでもすぐに打ち解けることができました。他のスタッフやゲストを会話に巻き込み、みんなが一緒に楽しめる雰囲気をつくるのが本当に上手でした。彼女がいる日は、ホステル全体がいつも少しにぎやかで、楽しく、居心地のよい空間になっていたと思います。

仕事以外でも、私たちは一緒にたくさん出かけ、たくさん笑い、本当に多くの楽しい時間を過ごしました。単なるスタッフとオーナーという関係を超えて、彼女と共有した思い出は、私にとってとても大切なものです。
チームワークにも優れ、他のスタッフと円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、必要なときには自然に周囲を助けてくれました。また、新しいことを学ぶ姿勢も前向きで、フィードバックを素直に受け入れながら成長してくれました。
私はAlvydaを心から、そして自信を持って推薦します。彼女は責任感があり、働き者で、思いやりがあり、柔軟で、さらに職場全体を明るくする力を持っています。仕事をきちんとこなすだけでなく、人と人をつなぎ、その場所を楽しい空間にできる、とても貴重な人材です

Alvyda was not only an exceptionally reliable member of our hostel team, but also someone truly special who naturally brought joy and laughter to everyone around her.

One of her greatest strengths was her strong sense of responsibility. She never limited herself to simply completing assigned tasks. Instead, she paid close attention to her surroundings, identified what needed to be done, and took initiative without always needing to be asked.

She consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness and paid careful attention to detail. She genuinely cared about creating a comfortable environment for our guests and was able to remain calm and dependable even on busy days.

At the same time, one of the things I loved most about Alvyda was her excellent sense of humor. She was always ready to be playful, act silly, or turn an ordinary conversation into something genuinely funny. She had a natural ability to make people laugh, and even a normal day often became a memorable and enjoyable one simply because she was there.

She was also warm, approachable, and very natural with guests. Regardless of age or nationality, she could connect with people quickly and make them feel included. She was especially good at bringing guests and other staff members into conversations and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere where everyone could enjoy themselves together.

Whenever Alvyda was working, the hostel felt a little brighter, more energetic, and more fun. She did not simply complete her duties; she helped create the kind of social atmosphere that makes a hostel memorable.

Outside of work, we also went out together many times, laughed a lot, and shared many genuinely happy experiences. Our relationship became much more than simply that of an owner and a staff member, and the memories we made together remain very important to me.

She also worked extremely well as part of a team. She communicated openly, supported others naturally, and was always willing to help when needed. She accepted feedback positively, learned quickly, and continued to grow throughout her time with us.

I recommend Alvyda wholeheartedly and without hesitation. She is responsible, hardworking, thoughtful, adaptable, and capable of making an entire workplace feel more positive. She does not only do her job well; she brings people together and makes the environment around her more enjoyable.

I sincerely hope that she will continue to be appreciated and loved wherever she goes, and I am confident that she will be a valuable and unforgettable member of any future team.
