I went to college for culinary arts and restaurant management. I also have a baking and pastry arts diploma. I've had a variety of jobs in the food service industry for 3+ years.
I've hosted a couple gourmet, 5-7 course dinner parties. Cooking, plating, and serving these, even with assistance, required a lot of planning and coordination.
I'm new at gardening and would love to learn more about it and food preservation!
I'm detail-oriented, quiet yet authoritative, and a planner. I'm good at and enjoy math. After my culinary degree, I got a degree in accounting to be better prepared for opening my own business, but haven't gotten real world experience in that area.

I enjoy board games and card games.
I love pets, with cats being my favorite. I'd love to learn more about keeping other animals, both livestock and less conventional pets.

Staying with Marian and Jethro was a fun time. I stayed for about a week and half, during which I got my first experience taking care of equines. I enjoyed my time helping with the horse chores, getting to know the donkey, pony, and horse. The cats were also quite loving, especially George Henry.
