I am a very bright, enthusiastic, joyful and loving person, who always loves to learn about people, culture, nature, animals, food, sustainability and design. Since finishing my Human Geography degree a few years ago, I've been very lucky to spend a lot of time working and travelling around Europe, Asia and Australia, and had the most incredible time travelling around other parts of the world too. Now I would now love to travel a bit slower, spending more time with communities to develop meaningful connections and skills.

I'd love the opportunity to work with new people, learn from my co-workers and share my passions and abilities. I am happy to help out and get stuck in with any job roles, and as a quick learner, am eager to take on new responsibilities and expand my skillset. Whilst I am serious and task-oriented when needed, I also love to have fun and try to brighten up the days of those around me. I love food and cooking, and would love to learn more about food production and sustainable living.

Having the opportunity to volunteer with Workaway would be transformative for my personal growth and travel experience . Forming a trusting, interactive relationship with the host is really important to me, to ensure I can help benefit them as much as I'm sure they will for me. I have worked in a range of hospitality, retail, cleaning, maintenance and service roles, with lots of experience training others and a great desire to learn more about sustainability and agriculture. I have already been involved in many other volunteering experiences, so I know the responsibilities involved and the impact they can make, so I'm really looking forward to engaging with new communities and giving back to everyone in any way I can.

I would really love to learn greek fluently, and improve my spanish to fluency too. My mums side of the family is greek, however she was never taught the language and therefore neither was I. So I am trying to reconnect with this side of the family and would love to become fluent in greek.
