Hello , my name is T'Kyia. I am 26 years old and Im from Canada! Im currently back in Canada after spending 1 year in japan on a working holiday!
Currently I am working towards moving back to Japan ! I’ll be apply for my working holiday visa in July 2026.

I would love to expand my knowledge in Japanese! I worked as a assistant english teacher for young kids, it was a good experience. I also meet a lot of people for language exchange and I've made some friends doing so! I hope to meet more people who can help me on my journey of learning Japanese!!!

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have worked and volunteered at many different places, I am very fast at learning new things.

Japanese Level is between N4 and N3.

I currently work in hospitality, health care, and a post office.
So my experience varies!!

My current job titles include: Environmental services, Medical device reprocessing technician, and Postal Clerk.

Environmental Services: Ensure that the hospital is sterile, safe and organized for patients staying or just visiting the hospital. Weather its just regular housekeeping duties or sterilizing a room after a sick patient used the room, i do it all!

MDR: Everyday duties vary from maintaining sterile tools are available for the Dentist and Hygienist, updating charting, and ensuring tools, and other office items are in stock.

Postal clerk: I have lots of responsibilities from cash handling, organizing, all the way to ensuring the privacy of all customers. Keeping customers informed but also giving them a friendly experience at the post office is the main goal. I deal with difficult problems on the daily but always provide the proper policy is educated to the customers.

Previous job experiences:
Ive been in several different roles including customer service to manual labour. During my time working in a factory I did inventory, reconcile, using a ICS computer system, and drove a forklift.
I have worked at a cafe and had a lot of one on one with customers, inventory, and cash handling. Im very good at problem solving and I love helping people!

I have volunteered at a daycare in my hometown as support staff with the children 2015-2016.

I have also been in the sport Judo since 2007 and often help with the clubs tournaments.

Volunteered at a family friends dairy farm around 2011.

I volunteer for a Japanese-Canadian youth group called Ikigomi: Organizing events, volunteer at the buddhist temple, exchanging culture and language will exchange students from Japan. 2025-current
