Hi, I’m Yasmina.

I was born and raised in Belgium and have a Morroccan and Italian heritage from my parents.

I’m a curious human and an entrepreneur. Now I’m moving my practice online to create more freedom and discover world's nature and cultures. Iam a dietitian-nutritionist, personal trainer, and yoga teacher by trade, but much more than those titles.

I've always been focused on finding solutions for well-being. My research is nourished by all sorts of parallel work experiences: farmer, barista, vine pruner, event host, children supervisor/animator, admin assistant, animal caretaker, legal secretary, content creator, gardener, waitress, cook,… I’ve also performed in many events as a circus artist, bringing a touch of magic to people’s days, sometimes as a clown balloon sculptor, sometimes as a fairy on stilts, always with the same goal: to make people feel good.

Every job has taught me something about humans, presence, life, and about myself. I always find meaning and benefits from any work I choose to put myself fully into.
