I've always been very sensitive and thoughtful. Since I was about eight, I was thinking a lot about life and existence, imagining I could 'solve' it by just thinking hard enough about it. By now I've given up finding any kind of neat and final answer and instead try to live the questions.
Externally this has been reflected in my rather natural transition from academia to spirituality (I've done some Zen practice and recently finished my yoga teacher training). My biology studies filled my head with a lot of useful input but they rarely made me feel like I've come to a better understanding of all THIS. I've recently picked up solo traveling and I've come to really enjoy it for the people I meet and the challenges I overcome, among other aspects.
Otherwise I enjoy slow walks in nature, dancing, singing, being creative, writing poems, meditation, teaching and practicing yoga and speaking and listening from the heart. I really like doing things that help me experience myself/life on a deeper level like vision quests or meditation retreats and I'm generally trying to be conscious about having a good impact on my environment and the people around me. -

I'm reliable, quick to learn, good with my hands and good at finding practical solutions. I can easily work on my own initiative with minimal guidance, once I've familiarized myself with the task.
I'm good with animals, good at communicating and have some experience in gardening from working as a gardener for a few years.
I am also a certified (sampoorna) yoga teacher and would be happy for opportunities to be of service in this capacity. -
