I am a Yoga teacher, Nutritionist and Fashion designer from Kenya travelling the world to have fun, share my passion for yoga and fitness, motivate and inspire others to take care of their health!
I have a degree in Public health and community development that led me to working in marginalised Kenyan communities until I switched careers in 2012.
I trained as a fashion designer and have been running my fashion business for the last 7 years.
I love health and fitness and fell in love with yoga on 2016. I got my 200 hour certification in November 2018 and have been teaching privately and online since!
I love to connect with people from different walks of life and learn from other cultures.
I am always looking to spend time in nature, have my toes on a sandy beach, connect with families, try different foods and immerse myself in the local culture of wherever I am!
I love health, fitness, reading books, travelling, adventure, I'm obsessed with the ocean and anything to do with the outdoors!
