Hello everyone,

my name is Viola, I am 25 years old and I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2023. Now that I have spent some time working with children and young people, I would finally like to realize my big dream and go traveling.
During my time in Australia and New Zealand, I will be traveling around and staying longer in some places. I'm planning now!
I want to gain experience, get to know new people and new ways of life, escape from the everyday world and develop myself further.

I was born and grew up in Lilienthal, a small town near Bremen in Germany. I lived there with my parents and two sisters until I was 20 years old. I am a family person and thanks to them I learned to be strong and to be considerate of others. They also gave me my creativity and the ability to get the positive out of situations.

I also bring something to the table as a person: I am a positive, open and fun-loving person, I like to dance and do sports, draw, do handicrafts, read, cook and eat ;). I also spend a lot of time out and about with friends and concentrate on myself during quiet meditations.
My love of animals is also very important to me. That's why I'm vegan, but I'm not averse to working on farms where animals are kept.

I am looking forward to helping out in the houses and on your farms, building something, helping out and showing you a part of my world. I am also interested in getting to know the different places and the diversity of the people and also improving my language skills.

I would be very happy to hear back about my request! And who knows, maybe we'll see each other very soon!

Quais são suas habilidades?

First of all, I am a person who is not above getting my hands dirty. I can take on manual tasks (painting, building, repairing), have housekeeping skills and would say that I have a green thumb :). Unfortunately I don't have my own garden but I have the ability to pick up knowledge quickly.
I have a bachelor's degree in social work and completed a voluntary social year. I also worked as a babysitter and personal assistant for a boy with a visual impairment in a crèche.
Finally, I gained professional experience in the catering industry.
During my trip, I was also able to live and work with a family with two children in connection with Workaway!
I would describe myself as solution-oriented, organized, responsible and inquisitive so that I can quickly adapt to new tasks.

In conclusion, I can say that I'm up for almost any kind of fun! I like to be active, play games and also enjoy sitting around the campfire and singing with fellow human beings.

I am ready to let in a new adventure and meet it with open arms!
