My name is Vicente Serrano, I'm 22 years old and i am a psychology student from Portugal.
I define myself as an ambitious person, with strong emotional intelligence and
adaptability to diverse environments.
Communication and creativity are key components of my personality, as I thrive in a variety of scenarios.
With Workaway I want to increase my language skills, meet new people and confront myself with different scenarios in order to expand my life experience and acquire new skills.
I'm very communicative, so I like meeting new people and sharing points of view because I think it enriches me as a human being.
I would also like to make a difference in people's lives and help as much as I can.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am a Swimming and Judo monitor at a kinder garden witch the main goal is the inclusion of children with special needs. The main tasks are observe and monitor children's play activities. Discuss child development and behavior with parents or guardians. Perform a
variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play.
It requieres skills such as team work, organization, problem solving , emotional intelligence, communication skills, interpersonal skills and patience.
This summer I also volunteered in a children's program at a beach camp and did a workaway experience in Valencia at a dog rehabilitation center community living, permaculture and construction wich i really enjoyed and intend to return to.

As extracurricular activities i created and manage a private football team accumulating team captain, playing every week. This requires leadership, organization and responsibility to manage a team of 15 players.
