Hi, I’m Alex, 31 years old from Germany. I’m a cheerful person who loves learning new things and taking on new challenges. I laugh a lot and find beauty and happiness in the small things. I live a minimalist lifestyle, enjoying simplicity and surrounding myself only with things that truly matter to me. I love cooking, cleaning, and spending time in nature or garden. I’m calm and balanced, but I also need some time for myself.
At the same time, I respect different personalities and ways of life, appreciating the uniqueness of each person. In 2024, I already did WWOOFing and stayed with three host families for several weeks, where I gained wonderful experiences. I would love to continue living in different places in Japan with different families, experiencing their way of life and understanding of the world. I want to be a helping hand in their daily lives while we enrich each other through cultural exchange and shared experiences.
Although I have been learning Japanese for some years now, I am not fluent. Last year, I passed the N3 Japanese proficiency test and right now I am studying for N2.

私は明るい性格で、新しいことを学ぶのが好きで、挑戦することを楽しんでいます。よく笑い、小さなことの中に美しさや幸せを見つけるのが得意です。
ミニマリストとしてシンプルな生活を大切にし、本当に価値のあるものだけを持つようにしています。料理や掃除、そして自然の中で過ごすことが大好きです。
普段は穏やかで落ち着いていますが、一人の時間も大切にしています。

また、私は他の人の個性や生き方を尊重し、それぞれのユニークさを大切にしています。
2024年に、私はもうWWOOFを通じて3つのホストファミリーのもとで数週間生活し、素晴らしい経験をすることができました。
これからも日本のさまざまな場所で異なる家庭と暮らし、その生活様式や価値観を学びたいと思っています。日々の生活を手伝いながら、お互いに文化交流を通じて豊かな経験を共有できればと思っています。
もう数年間日本語を勉強していますが、ペラペラではありません。去年、日本語能力試験のN3を合格して、今はN2のために勉強しています。

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have been working in Restaurants for around 10 years now, before I left Germany, I was a restaurant Manager at a salad restaurant. So I am really into cooking and cleaning, but also tidying up or organizing things. I am reliable and trustworthy and always on time ;D

十年間くらいから飲食店で働いています。日本に来た前、サラダレストランの店長です。ですから、炊事、掃除や片づけることと整理するのが好きです。私は頼もしくて時間を守る人ですね。

I like healthy food and doing sports. In Germany I did weight training and I started Kyudo in January. I hope I can somehow continue anything of it during my stay in Japan.
健康にいい食べ物と運動が好きです。ドイツで、ジムに行ったり、一月に弓道を始めました。なんとなく、日本にいても、運動を続けるようになるといいんです。
