Hi everyone!

I'm Synia :)
I'm a physiotherapist, structural body worker, somatic yoga instructor, food and nature-lover, language-nerd, runner, passionate auntie and much more, 28 years old from Germany.

What I love about workawaying is that you're able to help people, share and learn new things and experience the local culture, the everyday life.

Other from that I like surfing, swimming, laughing,
snowboarding, reading and writing, gymnastics, climbing, hiking, camping,
hanging out, dancing (Latin/Salsa!), cooking/baking, and trying any new activity
playing guitar/piano/singing...

Then I'd say that I am very open and outgoing, I enjoy working with people and being adventurous and energetic.

As we know it's not where you are, it's who you're with ;)

I am a Physiotherapist and structural body worker, mostly working with musculoskeletal problems, advocating a wholesome approach to medicine. My vision is for people to (re)connect their minds and bodies. I like integrating the aspect of mental health, personal development, nutrition as well as Yoga into an active healthy lifestyle :)
Also I am a gymnastics coach, fitness trainer, gave ballet and dancing classes.

Besides that I have been able to gather quite some experience working in Hostels, Bars, Cafés and with tourists.
I love the life style, always people around, creating a nice atmosphere, planning activities...
Solid work, good vibes and language mix ;)

I love learning, teaching and discussing languages and am always happy to help, translate, practice, improve, share...

Las semanas en Chinchero eran estupendas. Mila y Rolando son tan amables y generosos y tienen sentido del humor! Estaba super interesante ver y aprender sobre el trabajo traditional y conocer a la familia, al pueblo y a los alrededores. Me encantó quedarme en su casa! Muchísimas gracias por todo!!

The hotel is a really pretty place and Helga and Herrmann are so nice, I felt really welcome from the first day. The work is fun and easy, the surrounding stunning. I could always go snowboarding on my free days and had a really good time :) Thank you for everything!!

Working for Ana in Porto was definitely one of my best workawaying experiences! She is so cool and caring! The accommodation with Marcos was great, the work is really fun and the city is amazing! Sayano and Takashi are running a great hostel, I had a wonderful time! The hostel is cozy, you feel at home, the atmosphere is relaxed, the work is fine and they put a lot of heart into everything. This Hostel is gorgeous! It`s the cleanest hostel in the world, very well equipped and I felt very comfortable and at home there. José is a really cool boss and I enjoyed working for him a lot.
