🌏 From Brewing to Exploring
For years, I worked as a craft beer brewer, a path that taught me patience, discipline, and respect for natural processes. Over time, I realized I wanted more than routine, so I chose to step away and follow a long-held dream: traveling, learning, and living more intentionally.

Workaway is my way to connect with authentic people and projects — working with my hands, sharing meals and stories, and learning through experience. I’m especially interested in permaculture, sustainability, circular economy, food production, and life close to nature.

I’m practical, adaptable, and genuinely curious, happy to contribute where help is needed and to be part of something meaningful. If you value honesty, shared effort, and good conversations, we’ll get along well.

-Brewing & Fermentation: 7 years crafting beers, experimenting with fermentation (kombucha, sourdough, etc.).
- Sustainability Projects: Hands-on experience in permaculture design, ecological fincas, forestry, and organic gardening.
- DIY/Building: Tackling projects with tools, creativity, and problem-solving (no task too messy!).
- Cooking: Passionate about preparing hearty, wholesome meals—from campfire recipes to farm-to-table dishes.

Two weeks with some disturbing days of rain where accompanying the stay of Alex. He adapted well all circumstances and was flexibel to every request.
