Quais são suas habilidades?

I would describe me as a reliable, friendly and adaptable person. I did a voluntary social year in a youth education center, where I ran programs for young people and took care of various tasks like painting and household chores.
In the field of sports, I have worked as a trainer and assistant trainer in gymnastics, vaulting, and psychomotor activities. These roles helped me improve my teaching and mentoring abilities, especially when working with children and young people. I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course, which gave me a solid understanding of yoga practices and teaching methods. In addition, I hold an archery trainer certification and a high ropes course trainer certification, which allows me to work professionally in outdoor and team-building activities.

I love being active, outdoor and working with my hands. I don’t mind getting dirty and love working with animals. I have a dog, rode horses for years, and helped out on farms.

I really enjoy working with kids and teens and am happy to help with household tasks like washing dishes, shopping, and cooking.

I am excited to help out wherever I can.
