Hello, I'm Sofia, a 28-year-old passionate pastry chef from Chile with a culinary background in Italy. My love for cooking and exploring the world's cuisines led me to study gastronomy in Chile and further refine my skills through an intensive Italian culinary program. During my time in Italy, I had the privilege of working in two renowned restaurants, enriching my culinary experience.

In my free time, I find solace in nature, particularly through trekking and the allure of the great outdoors. I'm someone who appreciates the simple joys of life. I also have experience as a babysitter, having cared for children of all ages, from infants to older kids. Growing up as the eldest of five siblings has honed my ability to connect with and look after youngsters.

I embrace the opportunity to learn new things and have found myself in situations where I can always extract the best from them. I'm passionate about exploring and immersing myself in new cultures. I speak Spanish, my native language, English, and, most recently, I've acquired fluency in Italian.
