Hello everyone!

We're Serena and Syriac, a young couple who've just got married. For our honeymoon, we've decided to embark on a long trip across Europe (for at least six months) to discover new people, new cultures and new landscapes.

We'd been planning to travel for a long time, but it wasn't until recently that we took this big decision together and changed our way of life.

Serena is a ray of sunshine, with a passion for art and a love of animals (especially donkeys and golden retrievers). She has an excellent level of English (which Syriac doesn't have, but he's working on it) and is an excellent handywoman who has renovated a lot of household furniture.

Syriac is passionate about history (he has a master's degree in modern and contemporary history and is currently a supply teacher at a lycée), but more generally about all the social sciences and humanities: sociology, philosophy, psychology and anthropology. He is also a keen writer, and it's not impossible that this long journey will provide him with the inspiration he needs.

We're not afraid of hard work and we're above all interested in learning and sharing, in a spirit of good humour and respect.

Serena is a good handywoman, very logical, very close to nature and loves gardening.

Syriac is less manual but understands quickly and loves talking about different subjects. He works hard and doesn't spare any effort.
