Hi there! I'm Sebastián and I'm from Patagonia, Chile but I've been living in Europe for the past 9 years. I'm currently traveling in South America for a few months :)

I'm an outgoing, enthusiastic and very sociable person, warmhearted and honest. I enjoy very much interacting with people, sharing and learning about different cultures, I also love nature, animals, and I'm a big lifelong fan of motorcycles! I'm a hard worker and responsable person, skilled, resourceful and very fast learner, willing to do all kind of new and interesting jobs, but mostly, I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty!

My job experience is very wide, but I'll try to be short with it:
- Receptionist and event planner at several hostels.
- Campsite manager.
- Volunteers team leader.
- Bartending and waitering.
- Tour guide.
- Teaching languages and translating.
- Sales, marketing and e-commerce administration.
- Tech support.

I'm also very good with DIY works, general maintenance, mechanics, computer science, teaching and translating. I speak native Spanish, fluent English and Italian and some basic German.

I have an european driver license for driving both cars and motorcycles, European work/live permit and a worldwide health insurance plus the italian healthcare card to access public healthcare within the EU.

WORKAWAY EXPERIENCE:

- 5 weeks every year in Munich, Germany, working at the reception of a massive campsite built for the Oktober Fest. I came back in 2023 and 2024 as a manager in charge of a team of 40 volunteers and up to 500 guests.
- 6 months at Lake Como in Italy, running a bar and helping at the reception at Lake Como Hostel.
- 4 months in Rimini at Sunflower Beach Hostel, working at the reception and as event planner.
- 2 months in Krakow - Poland as "Event Planner" at Goodbye Lenin Hostel.
- 6 months in Toscana, Italy - managing some airbnb summer villas in the tuscan hills.
- 1 month in Tirana, Albania, working at a hostel at the reception and helping entertain the guests.
- 45 days in Crete - Greece at an olive farm, picking up olives and helping at farm tasks.
- 3 weeks at an Outdoor Center in Germany close to Cologne. Working on the field and with animals.

** I passed from a couple back to a single account and sadly without knowing I lost all the comments left by previous hosts, but I can ask for recommendation letters if necessary.
