Hi, I'm Sara; a vibrant and spirited adventurer. I bring energy to everything I do!

I'm a yoga teacher and ski coach. I love giving people confidence through movement. I specialize in vinyasa style yoga with a very big emphasis on yoga philosophy through all my classes.

I've worked with kids a lot (nannying, coaching sports ,daycare...) , and I deeply love them; some say I have a natural talent with kids.

I've currently finished my bachelor's degree in Human Ressources. I'll be starting a Masters in communication soon (I know !!!!). I love intellectual discussions and learning more, always.

I've travelled on my own quite a bit and I'm very independent. Always willing to make friends through locals or tourists. I love to work and like to help even more.

I have been tutoring French and English for a long time, sharing my passion for languages with others. Becoming perfectly trilingual has always been one of my biggest goals, and it’s a journey that deeply fascinates me. Teaching has allowed me to connect with people from different backgrounds, while refining my own skills in both languages along the way.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and have four years of experience working in various types of companies in this field. I am soon pursuing a master's in Business Strategy to deepen my expertise. In addition to my HR background, I’m a certified yoga teacher (YTT 200) and a Level 2 ski coach with 14 years of competitive skiing and five years of coaching experience. My people skills are strong, and I’m known for being highly approachable. I’m also physically capable and enjoy taking on hands-on tasks around properties.
