Ciao, mi chiamo Säde! Ho 26 anni e vengo dall'Estonia, Nord Europa.
Dalle agosto 2023 alle giugno 2024 sono vivata a Roma con la famiglia estone-australiana. Loro hanno una figlia che ha 11 anni. La mia responsabilita era insegnare alla ragazza estone e russo, andare al parco dopo la scuola, giocare e fare i compiti insieme.
Io ho studiato italiano a Roma e mi piace la lingua e la cultura molto! Adesso vorrei vivere in una comunità italiana per parlare di più.
Amo bambini, natura e sport. Mi piace andare in bicicletta, parlare con le persone al mercato o al parco e passeggiare in natura.
Ho studiato risorse umane e sono stata la cameriere e au-pair. (au-pair per il ragazzo che ha 1,5anni e dopo la ragazza che ha 11 anni).
La mia prima lingua è estone, anche parlo inglese bene, russo di meno e un'po italiano. Per me la grammatica è più difficile, ma mi piace parlare e imparare :)
Sono molto felice, se Lei ha domande per me e posso dare il mio numero di cellulare per whatsapp.

Hi, I'm Säde! I'm 26 years old Estonian and very pleased to meet you!
In the past two years I have spent almost a year and a half in Italy. I was an au-pair in Rome for 3 months in 2022 and now the whole schoolyear from August 2023 to June 2024.
During that time I had the opportunity to live with an Estonian-Australian family with an 11-year-old daughter. Since they were moving back to Estonia, it was my job to make sure she is ready to continue her studies according to the Estonian curriculum and teach her Estonian and basic Russian. In addition to schoolwork I took care of her after school, we went to parks, rode our bikes, played boardgames and I helped her with her homework. Naturally I helped the mom with cleaning, going to the market and doing the laundry, also assisted her while she was cooking.

While the girl was at school I attended Italian lessons, did my homework and practiced speaking at markets and streets. I really like the Italian language and the warm and open people (and of course the food!), so I was beyond grateful for the opportunity to live at Rome, ride my bike around the streets, discover the town and get to know the culture better!
I would love to come back to Italy, live with native speakers and have a chance to speak in Italian every day.

As a typical Estonian I go to our country house, work in the garden and love riding a bike and spending time in the nature. However, unlike "normal Nordic people" I really like working with people, socialising and talking to everybody everywhere :)
I have studied HR and worked as a waitress and as an au pair for families with children aged 1,5years, 8years and 11 years (at Rome).
In addition to my first language Estonian I speak good English (learned since 1st grade), some Russian and some little Italian now too. And of course, I love children and animals (who doesn't?) :)

Sono vivata a Roma per un'anno dove ho studiato italiano. Sono stata un aupair e mentre la ragazza era a scuola, sono andata alle lezioni d'italiano. Adesso sono in Estonia e studio italiano sull'applicazione. Vorrei andare in Italia di nuove e parlare con gli italiani e studio di più. -- English: I spent a year in Rome, Italy where I was an au-pair and an Estonian techer to an 11 year old. During the year I taught the Estonian girl our mothertongue and took Italian lessons while she was at school. After the year of learning Italian in Rome I have continued working on it in Estonia. And now I would like to come back to Italy, which would allow me to live among the native speakers again and really speak it every day, both in the house and outside in the markets and parks. I really liked the everyday conversations and practicing with the locals in Rome and would love to be able to do it again.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Mi piacciono le bambine e sono stata un au-pair per un ragazzo, che ha 1 anno e mezzo (in Estonia) e una ragazza, che ha 11 anni (a Roma).
Sono stata una voluntaria con i bambini e anche per le persone, che hanno un'po di cibo e vanno mangiare alla nostra "cucina di zuppa" (in italiano.. mensa per i poveri?). Con le bambine ho giocato e imparato a studiare estone e matematica.

Ho studiato risorse umane e sono stata un assistente di risorse umane. Anche sono stata una cameriere, ho lavorato al ristorante e al matrimonio e alle feste.

English:
I have volunteered and worked with people for half of my life. I have studied Human Resources, and in addition to that I've worked in catering and hospitality management.
During high school volunteered in youth centres and at a soup kitchen for 2 years and loved making people happy by giving them food. So as soon as I turned 18 (legal age in Estonia), I started working in catering, restaurants and cafes. I love the hospitality sector and have enjoyed working as a waitress very much.
In these years I have also worked as an HR assistant in both, catering company and later in Architectural Bureau and fduring my HR specialist studies from 2020-2023.
Loving people includes children, whom I have babysat both in Estonia and in Italy. In Estonia I was an au-pair to a 1,5-year-old for a summer and in Italy
a private tutor/ au-pair to an 11-year-old.

As a typical Estonian, I go to our contryhouse every week and work in the garden there. Me, my mom and sister do everything there starting from digging the ground and growing fruits and vegetables to building a new floor to our balcony last summer. So gardening work with cutting trees, picking berries or helping to build or paint a fence would also be a lovely way to give back to the host family. And of course, like most people, I love animals and spending time with them
