Hi, we're Lou and Raphaël !
We are two 20 year old French students, passionate about languages and cultural exchanges. Curious to discover the world beyond France's borders, we are driven by a sincere desire to learn and share.
Whether it's to improve our English, learn Spanish, or explore other languages, we approach every conversation with enthusiasm and kindness. Our goal? To create authentic connections while mutually enriching ourselves through each other's cultural differences.
In exchange for our help in learning French, we are delighted to accompany anyone who wishes to discover French culture, its traditions and language. We firmly believe that the most beautiful learning experiences come from human encounters.

As 20-year-old French students, we bring enthusiasm, reliability, and genuine cultural curiosity to every hosting experience. We are both studying at university level, which has taught us responsibility, time management, and respect for different perspectives.
Our Strengths:
Language Skills: Native French speakers with good English proficiency, eager to practice and help others learn
Cultural Adaptability: Open-minded and respectful of different customs and lifestyles
Communication: Friendly, patient, and excellent at building connections with people from all backgrounds
Practical Skills: Independent, tidy, and comfortable with household tasks and daily routines
Hands-on Experience: One of us has WWOOFing experience and knowledge of permaculture principles, comfortable with various physical tasks including gardening, construction, and farm work
Learning Attitude: Quick to adapt to new environments and always willing to contribute positively
We have experience living independently as students and understand the importance of being considerate housemates. Whether it's sharing meals, helping with daily tasks, or simply having meaningful conversations, we approach every interaction with respect and genuine interest.

Lou is passionate about cooking and enjoys sports like volleyball, baseball, and yoga. She works several months each year in a traditional French family-run bakery, which has given her excellent conversational and hosting skills through daily interactions with customers.
Raphaël is a sports enthusiast who especially loves trekking, camping, fishing, and soccer. He has WWOOFing experience in Ireland and is nearly fluent in English, making him comfortable with international exchanges.
We are both genuinely curious people with a strong interest in discovering new languages and cultures. We have already traveled several times across Europe, experiencing very different cultures which has broadened our perspectives and adaptability.
