About me??...where to begin...I come from a farming family and grew up on a horse stud farm where we kept various animals 🐴 (horses, cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, pigeons, chickens).

When I was 21 I spent a year travelling Australia 🇦🇺 where I casually worked various events (promoting products and waitressing) and was an au pair to 2 girls (7 and 9 years old).

I love to travel 🛩 as and when I can. I've been to; California, Vancouver, Budapest, Prague, Paris, Amsterdam, Morocco, Munich, Bavaria, various places around Malta, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sicily, Australia, UK and Ireland so far.

I'm 34 and for the past 11 years I have been working between retail 👠 and recruitment at various levels. I am very personable, self motivated, adaptable and have a very hands on approach to any role.

I've decided to take a break from the standard daily grind and would ideally like to do something more fulfilling, where I can grow, meet new people, experience other cultures and a different way of life.

My spare time is always spent with friends and family, including my 6 year old nephew Tobias 🧒 and family pet Oliver 🐶.

I have a passion for DIY projects 🔨. Since I was 13 I have redecorated my mums house and helped upkeep the grounds. I am pretty handy with a paintbrush, putting up shelves, assembling various items of furniture, working in the garden. I'm always open to learning new things and will give just about anything a go.

I had my first Workaway experience last November in Germany and honestly it was one of the best months of my life ❤️ I had the pleasure of staying with the most welcoming, hardworking, inspiring host. My duties included caring for the horses and chickens, taking the dogs for a walk, painting, fruit picking, cleaning, gardening amongst other things. I'll forever be greatful for the time I spent here 🇩🇪🍂🐴🐶🐈🐔❤️

I love being in nature...walks, spending time by the sea 🌊, being in the mountains 🌄, watching sunrises/sunsets🌅, looking up at the night sky 🌌 ...there really is nothing better ❤️

I'm a really easy going person, with a great work ethic who can get along well with anyone...all in all a great addition to any team.
