Hey, I’m Olivia! After spending my entire life in Canada I'm looking to broaden my horizons and I’m seeking for a new adventure!

During my 5 years in art school I developed a passion for ceramics. After graduating this past June I started working in a local pottery studio and hope to start a new chapter this coming spring.

I am a hard worker, and love working on creative projects, particularly ones where I get to work with my hands. What I look forward to from this experience is to learn from others, and to make meaningful connections with other like-minded individuals.

I am curious and eager to learn about other places, cultures, and want to fully immerse myself in experiencing a different day-to-day life.

Ultimately, I hope that learning more about others and being able to see the world through a different lens will help me on my journey of self-discovery and help me become a more whole and well-rounded person.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I've been immersed in clay since I was 10 years old. I have a wide variety of skills regarding ceramics. Such as throwing on the wheel, handbuilding, sculpting, glazing, and firing techniques.

I teach pottery classes and have taught a range of personalities and ages, some as young as five years old. Throughout my experience teaching pottery I have developed more patience, excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgement.

Overall, I am a pretty laid back, creative, outgoing gal. I like to walk into new opportunities with a positive and open mindset.
